Shipping Information
- We aim to ship ready made orders within 2-5 working days.
- Custom order shipping varies between 8-16 weeks average, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
Returns Policy
- We accept returns on any order that includes a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during shipping.
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. If your item is damaged during shipping, we will arrange collection for repair. A replacement will only be provided if a repair is not possible.
- With shipping damage we aim to repair or replace the item and get it back to you ASAP.
How to Proceed with a Return:
- Contact Us First – To start the return process, please email us at info@csprojects.co.uk or contact us using our online contact form here, within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your name, order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll Provide the Return Address – As we operate from a private workshop, our return address isn’t publicly listed. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct address to send your item back.
- Return the Item in Original Condition – Please ensure the item is unused, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Processing Your Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement within 14 business days, unless the replacement item need to be made, if so we will inform you on your personal production and shipping timelines.
Return Costs:
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for collection where possible.
- If you’re returning the item for any other reason (e.g., you’ve changed your mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Can you ship my order out faster?
- Yes, if you send us an email we can ensure quicker shipping when needed.
- Will I be able to track my order?
- Yes, we provide tracked shipping for all orders. You will receive an email from us once we have shipped your item which will include your tracking details. If you can't find your tracking info, send us an email and we will get back to you with the info you need.
- Can I postpone my shipping if I'm going to be away?
- Yes, if you send us an email letting us know your ideal shipping date we can postpone your delivery until you know you'll be home.
- My item has been damaged during transit, what do I do?
- Send us an email as soon as you can. We will always work with you to sort any issues that arise from shipping, especially damage.
- My order hasn't arrived yet and my tracking hasn't changed, when will my order get to me?
- If your tracking hasn't updated or you think your order has got lost, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will look into it and get to the bottom of it for you.
